Great blog! It is about time these people are exposed. My friends and I have been a target of their lies and deception…Why? Because we didn’t agree to stop boycotting the monster. Myself, because I have promoted the petition to re-try her in federal court…if it works, GREAT, if it doesn’t at least we tried! I have been dubbed the “Queen of Petitions” by the Holly Briley and called an idiot by Radio…hahaha!

The brileys are nothing but grifters. They say they are for Caylee, but they are not. They are doing everything in their power to stop a petition. That DOES NOT seem like a Caylee warrior. They’ve asked members for cash donations, they’ve asked members to post pictures of their children and when they did not, he got VERRRY mad at the members. I believe with all my heart that they are working for the defense team and casey anthony. Please beware of them. They are like rabid dogs if you cross them, or they PERCEIVE that you crossed them.

You do what you feel you need to do. You have sat back and watched your so called friend MURT get harassed, stalked, bullied by your group of friends and you did nothing to defend him. He lost everything because of them. You even offered to be Holly’s lawyer pro bono even though you knew what she was doing was wrong. Why is when people have esq behind their name they think they are better than others? MURT thought of you as a friend, yet you did nothing to help him. They smeared his name so badly. They tried and are still trying to have him arrested for the kidnapping/murder of the Duckett child. They tried to have him listed as a pedophile, they tried to get him arrested for stalking and the list goes on. I have also taken a beating from that group. No one is defending us. We have to fight our own battles. You have NEVER told one person in that group that what they are doing is wrong but you want to cry foul because someone said one thing about you. Once again I feel you are abusing your power as an attny. So you feel it is ok for you to sit and watch others be attacked and bullied and even laugh about it but no one is allowed to talk bad about you? You are worried about your clients seeing my blog, were you worried about your friend when he lost his home, his car dealership, his reputation because of that group? We have been through enough BS from that group. BTW why are you just now bitching about the blog? It has been posted since Oct 30, 2012. You even told MURT one of the reasons you left twitter was because of that blog. So why complain about it now? I would love nothing more than to close this whole blog down and concentrate on my other one, but until people stop being attacked by that group, this blog will stand. If you want to bitch at someone, go to the source of the ones who caused this blog to be opened. I do not know much about the Cummings case. I have seen TH being attacked by the VERY same group of bullies that caused us to open this blog, you don’t see a pattern here? If any legal action is taken against this blog for what your friends call FREEDOM OF SPEECH they will go down too. I found everything I posted on the internet out in the open. Funny how you went from threatening to sue Holly for extortion to offering to be her attny pro bono.

No ‘Nikki’ at no time did Kim offer to be my attorney pro-bono to sue this or any other blog. What she DID say was for me to let her know if anyone of you contacted my daughter’s school or employer because that was going too far. Dont twist what can be easily proven with a few searches online.

I have never offered to represent Holly pro bono, but rather asked if someone contacted her daughter’s school, to please let me know. I thought it was awful. I think all of these blogs are awful when they resort to defaming characters, families, and reputations. I don’t even know what you are talking about with regard to most of the above allegations about various bloggers. I don’t follow any of this, and don’t even know what you’re talking about. I really don’t care to hash this in a public forum. Your response is noted. You have my email address. I tried to be diplomatic and contact you for a private discussion. I’m sorry we couldn’t discuss this amongst ourselves and find an acceptable resolution.

The reason we do not contact anyone via email is because a remark was made “the group will do anything they can to get a hold of our IP to track us down” They have thrown their “friendship” of you in our faces to many time for us to trust anyone.

If I may interject here. If It would be productive, I could act as a go between with Kim if this would help open a dialog. I have let the atty know my feelings toward this situation but I would be willing to mediate this situation if both parties agree. I will sand Ms P an e mail with this suggestion.

I’m rather confused about this conversation, I am under the concept that Holly resides in Ohio, and so does her daughter and attends college in Ohio. And I am under the concept that attorneys who assist or provide any form of service for a person aka client must reside in the same state, unless they have a bar license in say Ohio and Florida. Apparently the favor that was done was done in a professional capacity to acquire the information. Was it not?
Now, since my name has been dragged through shit on the rodeo’s blog, my character attacked, and attempts to post my personal information which I am under the impression is suppose to be illegal, especially when posters are encouraged to communicate with the persons, at the address’s and phone numbers of innocent people who are even complete strangers to me. I have not seen any attorney step forth and make any efforts to protect my reputation, nor show concern for my well being!! Especially, since all are aware of my age and aware of how intensely the laws are in many states are severe in their punishment of people abusing the elderly.. Yet, I have not seen any attorney stand up and offer any assistance for the concern. In fact the opposite has occurred.
And I’m also under the impression that blogs such as this and mine have gone to great effort not to bring family members into these situations. Of course this isn’t the case in other blogs such as radionewz or with other posters. And I would also like to know the answer: How did Holly go from extortionist to defended friend overnight?
So where is the concern for other bloggers and posters, and attempts to help them ward off constant abuse, harassment and cyber-stalking, which is easily determined when people go to such great efforts to locate a residence and phone number and to post this information on the internet, also to post social security numbers even thought, they believe that xing out the last four digits is going to protect them from prosecution. Maybe this is also a Conundrum.
