YancyFaith & DianeAx both inquired On Blaiss’s son and went as far as discussing Blaiss’s living location. Someone here clearly broke the law. This is serious.
Ignorance is not a legal excuse in breaking the law. Won’t work. At least these locations are giving people an upfront bit of advise, and if people violate then its on their backs and can’t say, “I didn’t know that was wrong”.
WS, Smart Monkeys, Blogger-news, Radios forum, and Radionewzblog, twitter. all have had individuals information posted online. Now, this is not in defense of anyone, this is stating a fact. Now, to my knowledge information pertaining to divorces, children’s custody, and children’s adoptions are suppose to be kept private in the systems. And many people’s backgrounds have been searched out and placed on the internet to humiliate them and harass them. Now, these backgrounds come from different paid sites from the internet. Although, Radio has posted court records on family cases, thats the question at hand, where did she get them from? Especially from states who do not provide free access to these document. And a formal complaint has shown up in its entirety, which had very limited access to, in short they are not accessible by these background sites, nor through the individual county sites. They had to come from either the attorneys of either a defendant or the defendant themselves, or the attorney of the complainant or the complainant themselves. Now, when these things are posted and also give medical criteria, that becomes a major issue. Ask yourselves, how would you like to have any of your medical file or presumed medical file released to the public, and not wish to take federal action against said posters for violating your rights of privacy? Now, what type of person would do such an awful thing?
Many University’s through out the country, are doing research on cyber-stalking, and these locations collect data throughout the country from individuals who summit the who, how and whats going on, with the internet. I would suggest doing Google searches on these universities, find the name of the research doctors and start sending url’s of sites that are abusive. Now remember the terms, cyber-bullying is for children, cyber-stalking and harassment is for adults. I can assure you, when a study is complete and dispatched to authorities, it will provide the authorities enough to go after the group or individual who is responsible for these actions on Radionewzblog.
Another question I have, if any of these people and I phrase that description lightly, since the human factor in that term must be generalized. Why do any of you stay around these locations? why do you read them? Do you not realize that if everyone just walked away, their would be no one for them to harass. They would actually whither away with no attention. These people use shock value to gain readers and attention. Like electricity, you flip the switch and the lights go out. By going to or reading any of this and replying, flip the switch on. So, do yourselves a favor. Create your own Blogs, post what info you feel you should, speaking your minds. Make sure it is absolutely the truth. And walk away from the trash. Remember Evil nourishes only through those who follow and believe. If Radionewzblog followers dropped to 0. along with the others causing problems, they would literally just disappear. And that goes for Radionewz.net. So you have your answers, also find a program on the web that rates websites, and begin giving the honest review. That stigma will grow.

The Florida State Atty has the same disclaimer when it comes to Discovery filed with their office. Seems nobody reads these disclaimers.
